FOUNDING PHILOSOPHY

Cacao is not just chocolate.
Cacao is an ecosystem.

When TBros was founded, the guiding question was never simply "how do we make great chocolate?" It was "what remains after every production run and what can be built from it?" That question gave birth to our circular model: a system designed to extract full value from every gram of cacao, at every stage of processing.

Every component of the cacao pod, bean, pulp, shell is directed into a dedicated production stream. Nothing is discarded as waste.

01

FULL EXTRACTION

The circular model is not a destination it is an ongoing commitment to research and develop new uses for every remaining fraction of the cacao plant.

From Cacao Farm
To a Zero-Waste Loop

Step 01 — Harvest & Fermentation

Cacao pods are harvested and split. Beans are separated and fermented naturally for 5–7 days. The sticky pulp liquid that surrounds the beans usually discarded is collected at this stage.

Pulp Liquid → Natural Cleaners

Fermentation liquid, rich in organic acids and enzymes, is refined and blended with plant surfactants to produce our eco-friendly dish soap and floor cleaner range.

Step 02 — Roasting & Production

Dried beans are hand-roasted, stone-ground into cacao liquor, and refined into chocolate and pure cacao powder following our bean-to-bar process with full quality control at every stage.

Bean Becomes Chocolate

Output B

Cacao Bean → Chocolate & Powder

Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, single-origin bars, and unsweetened cacao powder. The flagship line and the commercial engine that funds the entire circular model.

Step 03 — Pod Processing

During winnowing after roasting, the light outer shells (cacao husks) are separated. Naturally rich in antioxidants, flavonoids, and subtle chocolate aromas, these shells are sanitized and crafted into tea.
